Every tail that finds us deserves to be dressed in love — and every human who shops with us deserves to be treated with honesty. This is what we promise you.

Every piece in our shop is measured on real dogs — our own Coco and Cola — before it earns a place here. We'll always ask you to measure your dog first, because three minutes with a soft tape saves weeks of disappointment. And if you're unsure, ask us. We'd rather help you find the right size than sell you the wrong one.

Before anything leaves us, it is checked by a real person — seams, buttons, snaps, and all. If we wouldn't put it on our own dogs, we won't send it to yours.

Every order arrives in eco-friendly packaging, with a thank-you card inside. Sending a gift? Add our gift wrap at checkout for $1.99, and we'll make it extra special.

If the size isn't right, tell us within 7 days — we'll reship the correct size, and you won't need to send anything back. What we don't offer is change-of-mind returns: clothing that has been worn by one dog can never be truly new for another, and every dog deserves a clean start. And if a piece ever arrives faulty, that's on us — we will always make it right.
